“Hey {first_name}, thank you for your shopping with us today! In order to best serve you and others, could you click on this link {link} to answer one question about your service experience today? Thanks {Insert Company Name}”
Online Review Request #2: Leave Us a Review on {Insert Website Here}
The second most effective email template for online review solicitation is what we call the “Rate Us Online” template. This template is specifically designed to help you increase your reviews on a specific online rating website. This is important if you have poor online reviews on a specific rating or review website.
