How to Delete My Yellow Pages Reviews
Since Yellow Pages is one of the most popular and well-known review platforms, many business owners want to make sure they have the best profile possible. In some cases, an upset customer may post a negative review. Sometimes, fake users can post a totally bogus review.
To get a review deleted on Yellow Pages, you will have to check and see if the review violates their terms of use. Reviews that are inflammatory, graphic, threatening, or fake all have good chances of being removed.
How You Can Delete Yellow Pages Reviews
- Go to Your Yellow Pages Profile
- Access Your Reviews
- Select “Flag”
- Submit Your Claim
Here’s a look at what goes into each step:
1. Go to Your Yellow Pages Profile
The first step you’ll need to take is to log into your Yellow Pages profile. This will allow you to gain access to your reviews.
Head to Yellow Pages and select “Log In” at the top right corner of the screen.
On the next screen, select the method you want to log in with and press “Sign In” when you’re ready.
2. Access Your Reviews
On your business’s dashboard, go ahead and click on “Reviews” so that you can see all of the reviews left for your business.
3. Select “Flag”
On your Reviews page, find the review that you want to remove. Then, select “Flag” to begin the reporting process.
4. Submit Your Claim
Yellow Pages is very responsive to deleting reviews. Their support form allows you to enter a lot of typed information to help them understand why a review should be removed.
Make sure the content you submit is detailed enough to support why you’re reporting the review as abuse.
Once you’re done, go ahead and hit “Submit” to finish the reporting process. Within a few days, you will hear back about whether or not the Yellow Pages review you reported will be deleted.
